* Anatomically pre-contoured profile minimizes the risk of soft tissue irritation between the plate and surrounding soft tissue. Reduce impairment of blood supply, wide variety of plates optimize implant selection.

• Locking screws must not be overtightened - they lock into the plate threads.
• Plate contouring should be done with care to avoid thread damage (some pre-contoured options exist).
• Proper alignment must be achieved before locking screws are applied, as the construct is rigid.
